Bone in the Throat

Bone in the Throat by Anthony Bourdain with a uncorrected proof. First edition, first printing published by Villard in 1995. Near fine in a very good jacket. The proof is near fine in white wraps and is the only copy I've ever seen. The jacket has a crease to the back flap and a small stain to the top inside edge. The only flaw in the book is some light foxing to the first and last page. This a binding variant copy as there is a lighter colored band across the middle third of the spine, possibly a bone in the throat? The famous chef's first published book, long before he shot to fame with the publication of Kitchen Confidential.
